C. Michael Donoghue is a Professional and Structural Engineer licensed as such in Texas and, currently, in seven other states. Mr. Donoghue holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Houston and a Master of Engineering Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Council of Structural Engineering Associations. He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). He is also a former Structural specialist with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. His areas of practice include the design of marine and terrestrial structures, expert witness, and the development of environmental design criteria including wind and sea wave climate and loading. He is currently the holder of three US Patents.
